Okay, so the other day I kept seeing the number 1108 everywhere. It was on a license plate, then on a receipt, and even the time on my microwave! I’m not usually one for this kind of stuff, but it felt like too much of a coincidence, so I decided to look into it.
I started with a quick search. Typed in “1108 angel number” and, well, there was a ton of information. A lot of it seemed pretty out there, but some themes kept popping up: new beginnings, spiritual growth, trusting your intuition. Stuff like that.
Honestly, I wasn’t completely sold. But, I figured, why not try to be a little more mindful and see what happens? I decided to do a little experiment.

My 1108 Experiment
- Paying Attention: The first thing I did was simply become more aware of my thoughts and surroundings. Whenever I felt lost or unsure, I’d try to take a deep breath and just… notice. Notice what I was feeling, what was going on around me. It’s amazing how much you miss when you’re just rushing through the day.
- Journaling: Every evening, I grabbed a notebook and just wrote. I didn’t worry about making it perfect or even making sense. I just wrote whatever came to mind – worries, ideas, things I was grateful for. This was surprisingly helpful. It felt good to get everything out of my head and onto paper.
- Taking Small Steps: I had a couple of ideas for things I wanted to try, things that I felt I maybe put on the back * major, just some creative hobbies. So instead of feeling overwhelmed, I focused on taking tiny steps. A few minutes of drawing here, a bit of writing there.
I did this for about a week. And, you know what? Something did shift. I felt… calmer. More centered. I can’t say I had some huge epiphany, but I definitely felt more connected to myself and what I really wanted.
It wasn’t like seeing 1108 suddenly solved all my problems. But it did act as a little nudge, a reminder to pay attention and trust my gut. I’m still seeing it now and then, and now, instead of freaking out, I just kind of smile and think, “Okay, universe, I’m listening.”
So, maybe there’s something to this angel number thing, or maybe it’s just a helpful way to practice a little self-reflection. Either way, I’m glad I took the time to explore it. It’s definitely made me more mindful, and that’s always a good thing.
