Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “2 of Cups future” thing with Tarot. I’ve been messing around with Tarot for a bit, just for fun, mostly, but I’m trying to get a little more serious about understanding it.
My Experiment
I cleared my space first – you know, got rid of the clutter, lit a candle, made it all chill. Then, I shuffled my deck, focusing on what my future love life might look like. It’s kinda vague, I know, but I wanted to keep it open.
- Focused on the question: I held the cards and thought about the concept.
- Drew one card: I spread all cards and drew one cards randomly from the spread.
I pulled the 2 of Cups! I know some basics, that card’s about partnerships, connection, maybe even a proposal down the line, if I’m with other supporting cards. So, seeing it for the “future” position felt… pretty good, to be honest.

My thought
I’ve been single for a while, so a card hinting at a strong, balanced relationship in the future? I’ll take it! It doesn’t mean I’m gonna sit around and wait for Prince Charming, though.
For me, this reading is more like a reminder to stay open to connection. To keep working on myself, being a good friend, a good family member – all that stuff that builds strong relationships anyway.
I jotted down some notes in my journal, just to remember how I felt about the card and what it might mean for me. I think I’ll keep doing these little readings, maybe once a week or so, and see how things progress. It’s kinda like a fun little check-in with myself.
It’s not about predicting the future with 100% accuracy, that’s the point. It’s more about exploring possibilities, and maybe getting a little nudge in the right direction. And hey, if a beautiful partnership comes out of it? Even better! I’ll record it!
