Okay, so I stumbled upon this “numerology” thing the other day, and the number 20 kept popping up. I figured, why not dive in and see what all the fuss is about? Here’s how my little experiment went:
First, I Jotted Down My Initial Thoughts
Honestly, I didn’t know much about numerology. I mean, I’ve heard of it, but never really looked into it. So, I grabbed my notebook and just started writing down everything that came to mind when I thought of the number 20. Things like “20 bucks,” “being 20 years old,” “20/20 vision”… you get the idea. Just a big brain dump.
Then, I Did Some Digging.
After my initial brainstorming, I decided to, you know, actually learn something. So I start looking for information on what exactly the number 20 signifies in this kind of practice.

- I looked up some websites.
- I flipped through some of those mystical-looking books at the bookstore.
Putting It All Together
After I had at least a little info, I came back to my notes. I began to look for connections between what I initially thought and what I’d learned. It felt like putting together a puzzle, trying to find where my personal associations fit with the, so call, “official” meanings.
- I circled things that seemed to resonate.
- I crossed out stuff that felt totally off.
- I even added some new notes based on my “research.”
My “Aha!” Moment (Sort Of)
Okay, so I didn’t have some massive, life-changing epiphany. But I did start to see some interesting patterns. A big thing that came through my research was that the number 20 seemed to be the number of relationships and partnerships.
I had some reflections on the number 20, so I began to try to observe some things in my daily life that can use the number 20.
And I did find some, I made some notes on the matter.
Keeping It Real
I’m still not sure if I “believe” in numerology, but this little exercise was actually pretty fun. It got me thinking about how numbers show up in my life and what meanings I attach to them. It’s kind of like journaling, but with a numerical twist.
So, that was my little adventure with the number 20. Who knows, maybe I’ll try another number next week.
