Okay, so the other day, I was feeling kinda stuck on this project at work. You know, the kind where you’re just spinning your wheels and not really getting anywhere? I decided to pull a quick three-card spread for some guidance, and guess what? The outcome card was the 3 of Pentacles.
At first, I was like, “Huh, interesting.” I mean, I’ve been working on this solo for a while, so the whole “teamwork” vibe of the 3 of Pentacles felt a little off. But then it hit me – I hadn’t been collaborating. I’d been so focused on trying to figure it all out myself that I hadn’t even considered asking for help.
So, I took a deep breath and reached out to a couple of my coworkers. One’s a whiz at the technical stuff, and the other is super creative and always has fresh ideas. I explained where I was stuck and just… asked for their input.

It was amazing! Seriously, within like, an hour of chatting with them, we had a whole new approach mapped out. We even found a couple of potential roadblocks that I hadn’t seen coming, and figured out how to avoid them together.

- Then ask for their opinion with my confuse.
- Start a brainstorm session and write down all the ideas.
- Finally, make a conclusion.
The 3 of Pentacles was totally right. I needed that collaborative energy, that different perspective, to get things moving. And you know what? It felt good to work as a team. It wasn’t just about getting the project done, it was about connecting with my colleagues and learning from them, too.
I’m still in the process of implementing our new plan, but I’m feeling so much more confident and energized. It’s like the 3 of Pentacles gave me a little nudge in the right direction, reminding me that I don’t have to do everything alone. Sometimes, the best outcomes come from working together.
