7 Card Yes No Tarot: Get Clear Guidance in Minutes!

So, I tried this 7-card yes/no tarot thing today, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. I’ve always been a bit curious about tarot, but never really gave it a proper go. But, hey, why not, right? Figured I’d dive in and see what the cards had to say.

Getting Started

First off, I got my tarot deck. It’s this pretty standard Rider-Waite deck I picked up a while back. I shuffled the cards a bunch, just kind of getting a feel for them. I was thinking about my question the whole time. You know that one question you want to ask? I will not tell you. I kept my question in my mind, simple, focusing on what I really wanted to know.

Laying Out the Cards

After shuffling, I cut the deck into three piles and then put them back together. Feeling a bit like a magician here. Then, I laid out seven cards face down in a row from left to right. It felt kind of serious, you know? Like I was setting up for something important.

7 Card Yes No Tarot: Get Clear Guidance in Minutes!
  • Card 1: This one is supposed to represent the general vibe of the situation.
  • Card 2: This is about what’s helping me out.
  • Card 3: This one shows what’s working against me.
  • Card 4: This card is about stuff from my past that’s still affecting things.
  • Card 5: This is all about my current attitude and how it’s impacting the situation.
  • Card 6: This card is supposed to show me what I need to do or change.
  • Card 7: And this last one, it’s the potential outcome if I follow the advice.

Flipping and Interpreting

Next, I flipped each card over one by one. I took my time with each one, really looking at the pictures and trying to figure out what they meant. I even looked up some of the meanings online and in the little booklet that came with the deck, just to get a better idea.

It was a bit tricky, honestly. Some cards were pretty clear, but others were kind of vague. I tried to connect them to my question and see how they fit together. I jotted down some notes as I went, just my initial thoughts on each card.

Getting to the Yes/No Part

After going through all the cards, I had to figure out if it was leaning towards a “yes” or a “no.” I basically counted up the upright and reversed cards. More uprights usually mean a “yes,” and more reversed mean a “no.” It wasn’t super clear-cut in my case, so I had to kind of weigh the meanings of the cards too.

My Final Thoughts

In the end, I got a kind of “maybe” answer, which, I guess, is better than a straight-up “no.” It definitely gave me a lot to think about, especially the cards that talked about my attitude and what I need to change.

It was a cool experiment, and I might try it again sometime. It’s not like it gives you definite answers, but it’s a fun way to reflect on things and maybe see things from a different perspective. It was fun. I enjoyed doing this.

So, yeah, that’s my little tarot adventure. Maybe you’ll give it a try sometime, too.
