Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Tarot cards lately, just for fun, you know? And I kept pulling the Princess of Wands (or Page of Wands, depending on your deck) for simple yes/no questions. It was getting kinda spooky, so I decided to really dig in and see what was up.
First, I grabbed my favorite deck – the one with the really vibrant artwork. I shuffled the cards, really focusing on getting my energy into them. I held the deck in my hands for a bit, just thinking about how much I wanted a clear answer this time. I was a little nervous but wanted to see a straight answer.
My Little Experiment
- I cleared a space on my desk. Nothing fancy, just made sure it was tidy.
- I lit a candle. Again, just for vibes. It’s a nice, calming scent.
- I wrote down a bunch of yes/no questions on slips of paper. Stuff like, “Will I get that freelance gig?” and “Should I bake cookies tonight?” (Important stuff, obviously).
Then, I started pulling cards. For each question, I focused REALLY hard, shuffled the deck again, and drew a single card. And guess what? Princess of Wands, AGAIN! I swear, it felt like she was following me. It was popping up for questions where I secretly hoped for a “yes” AND for questions where I was kinda dreading a “yes”. It was all over the place!

So, I hit the books (and the internet, let’s be real). I looked up all the interpretations I could find. Some people say the Princess of Wands is a definite “yes,” full of fiery energy and new beginnings. Others say it’s more about potential and possibilities, so not necessarily a concrete answer.
Honestly, after all that, I realized something. The Princess of Wands, for me, isn’t a straight yes or no. It’s more like a “Maybe, and it’s gonna be an adventure!” card. It’s telling me to be bold, to take chances, and to be open to new experiences. It’s less about the outcome and more about the journey.
So, I stopped trying to force it into a yes/no box. Now, when I pull the Princess of Wands, I take it as a sign to be brave and embrace whatever comes my way. And, you know what? It’s actually been way more helpful that way.
I put the result, which for me, I got a “Maybe, and it’s gonna be an adventure!” then I felt really relieved.
