Okay, so I’ve been getting really into Tarot lately. And one of the things I keep seeing pop up is using cards to figure out how someone feels about you. I was curious, so I decided to give it a try with the Queen of Cups, since she’s all about emotions and intuition. Here’s how it went down:

Then, I laid out a simple three-card spread. I didn’t go for anything fancy, just a basic past, present, future layout. I flipped over the cards one by one, and wouldn’t you know it, the Queen of Cups popped up in the present position. Okay, Tarot, I see you!
Now, because it was the Queen of Cups, I took that as a pretty good sign. This card is all about loving energy, compassion, and being in tune with your feelings. So, my initial thought was, “Okay, this person has some warm, caring feelings towards me.”
I spent some time really looking at the card. The Queen in my deck is sitting by the water, holding this ornate cup, and she just looks so serene. I tried to channel that vibe and see if I could pick up on anything specific about how this person felt.
I wrote down my impressions in my little Tarot journal. I noted things like “warmth,” “affection,” maybe even a bit of “protectiveness.” I also considered that the Queen of Cups can sometimes indicate someone who’s a bit emotionally guarded, so maybe this person feels these things but isn’t quite ready to show them openly.

Of course, it’s just one card, and feelings are complex, but it definitely gave me something to think about!
This card read made me feel pretty darn good.
