Okay, so I’ve been seeing the number 100 everywhere lately. Like, on license plates, receipts, clocks – you name it. It got to the point where I was like, “Alright, universe, I get it, you’re trying to tell me something!” So I decided to actually pay attention and see what this whole “angel number” thing was about.
My 100 Journey
First, I jotted down every time I saw 100. I just used the notes app on my phone. Nothing fancy, just the date, time, and where I saw it. I did this for, maybe, a week? It felt a little silly at first, but I figured I’d commit to the experiment.
- Started noticing: Mostly on digital clocks, like 1:00 PM or when I glanced at the time on my computer.
- Felt kinda weird: Like, was I just noticing it more because I was looking for it? You know, that whole confirmation bias thing.
- Kept going: I figured, why not? Worst case, I waste a few minutes of my life. Best case, maybe I unlock some secret of the universe! (Okay, maybe not that dramatic, but you get the idea.)
After that initial week of just recording, I started looking at the context. Was I stressed when I saw it? Was I thinking about something specific? Was I in a good mood? Bad mood? I wanted to see if there was any kind of pattern.

I did try to do my best to write down what was going on with me at the moment I saw this special number.
It became clear that I was doing the right things, and all my efforts would be successful. I also felt that I reached some kind of completeness and a phase of my life has been completed.
So, did I have some huge, life-altering revelation? Not really. But did it make me more mindful? Yeah, I think so. It was kind of a fun little experiment, and it definitely made me pay more attention to my thoughts and feelings. And who knows, maybe there is something to this whole angel number thing after all. Maybe it’s just the universe’s way of nudging us in the right direction. Or maybe it’s just random chance. Either way, I’m a little more aware now, and that’s not a bad thing.
