Okay, so the other day I was messing around with some new hobbies, trying to find something that really clicked. I’ve been feeling this pull to get more in touch with my creative side, you know? So, I started seeing this number sequence, 6699, everywhere. On license plates, receipts, clocks – it was seriously freaking me out a little.
I’m not usually one for this kind of “woo-woo” stuff, but it was so persistent that I decided to Google it. I mean, what else was I going to do? Turns out, it’s what they call an “angel number.” I know, I know, it sounds a bit out there, but stick with me.
My 6699 Experiment
First, I looked up what 6699 supposedly meant. All the websites were saying stuff about “spiritual awakening” and being on the “right path” creatively. Honestly, I kinda rolled my eyes at first. But then I thought, “What the heck, let’s just play along and see what happens.”
So, here’s what I did:
- I committed to spending at least 30 minutes a day on one of my new hobbies. No excuses. I had been dabbling in pottery, digital art, and even tried learning a new language – it was all over the place.
- I started a little journal. Corny, I know, but I figured I needed to track my progress, and it is, so I could look back and laugh and see how far I come. Every day, I wrote down how I felt during my creative time, any ideas that popped up, and – this is the key part – whether or not I saw the 6699 sequence.
- I paid attention to my surroundings, to the “signs”, every day.
For the first few days, nothing really changed. I was still seeing 6699 everywhere, and I was starting to think the whole thing was a bunch of baloney. I was diligently doing my 30 minutes, but it felt forced, like another chore on my to-do list.
But then, around day five, something shifted. I was working on a digital art piece – just messing around with colors and shapes – and I suddenly felt this…flow. Like, I totally lost track of time. I wasn’t thinking about anything else, just the image I was creating. And it felt good. Really good.
Later that day, I checked my journal and, yep, you guessed it, 6699 had popped up multiple times. But this time, it didn’t feel random or creepy. It felt…reassuring. Like a little nudge saying, “Keep going, you’re on to something.”
I’m still in the early stages of this whole “experiment,” but I have to admit, there’s something to it. Maybe it’s the power of suggestion, maybe it’s just coincidence, or maybe there really is something to these angel numbers. Whatever it is, I’m feeling more connected to my creative side than I have in years. And that, my friends, is a pretty awesome feeling.
