Numerology Year 7 Meaning: Discover Key Themes & Changes!

Okay, so I’ve been diving into numerology lately, and it’s been pretty wild. I decided to figure out my personal year number, and this year happens to be a 7 for me. Let me walk you through how I got there and what I’ve been doing with it.

Figuring Out My Number

First, I had to calculate my Life Path Number. It’s simple, really. I just added up all the digits of my birth date.

  • My birthday is July 15, 1988.
  • So, that’s 7 (for July) + 1 + 5 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 8 = 39.
  • Then, I reduced that to a single digit: 3 + 9 = 12, and 1 + 2 = 3.
  • Boom, my Life Path Number is 3.

Next, I needed to calculate the current year number. 2024. Easy peasy.

  • 2 + 0 + 2 + 4 = 8.

Finally, I added my Life Path Number (3) to the current year number (8).

  • 3+8=11
  • 1+1=2

and I kept my personal year number, and then add them together:

  • 3 + 8 =11
  • 3+8=11; 1+1=2

And, kept doing it

  • 5+2=7

My Year of the 7: Deep Dives and Quiet Time

So, I’m in a 7 year, which from what I’ve read, is all about introspection, learning, and spiritual growth. I can totally feel that vibe! I started by grabbing a bunch of books on topics I’ve always been curious about, but never had the time to explore – stuff like ancient history, different philosophies, even some coding tutorials. I mean, who knows, right?

Then, I created a little meditation corner in my apartment. Nothing fancy, just a comfy cushion, a few plants, and some candles. I’ve been trying to meditate for at least 15 minutes every day. Some days it’s amazing, and I feel super zen. Other days, my mind is all over the place, thinking about grocery lists and what to have for dinner. But hey, I’m sticking with it.

I’ve also been spending more time alone. It sounds kind of lonely, but it’s actually been really refreshing. I go for walks in the park, listen to music, and just let my thoughts wander. I’m journaling a lot more, too – just dumping all my random ideas and feelings onto paper. It’s surprisingly therapeutic.

Another big thing I’ve been doing is cutting back on social media. It’s so easy to get sucked into the endless scroll, and I realized it was making me feel kind of anxious and disconnected. So, I deleted a bunch of apps from my phone and set some time limits. It’s been tough, but I definitely feel less stressed.

Overall, this 7 year has been a journey inward. It’s not always easy, and there are days when I just want to binge-watch TV and ignore everything. But I’m trying to embrace the quiet, the learning, and the self-discovery. Who knows what I’ll uncover by the end of the year? Feeling pretty good about it all, though.
