The 3 of Swords Future: How to Deal with Bad Tarot News.

Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Tarot cards lately, just for fun, you know? And I decided to do a little future reading for myself, focusing on the “3 of Swords” card. I’m not a pro or anything, this is just me trying things out and seeing what happens.

Getting Started

First, I shuffled the deck really well. Like, really well. I wanted to make sure the cards were good and mixed up. I’m using this Rider-Waite deck my friend gave me – it’s pretty standard, I think.

The Spread

I didn’t do anything fancy for the spread. Just a simple three-card draw: past, present, and future. I laid them out in a row, face down.

  • Card 1 (Past): I don’t remember what that card means.
  • Card 2 (Present):I don’t remember what that card means.
  • Card 3 (Future): 3 of Swords.

Focusing on the 3 of Swords

I flipped over the third card, the future one, and bam – 3 of Swords. Even without knowing much, the image is pretty intense. Three swords piercing a heart, rain in the background… not exactly sunshine and rainbows.

I grabbed my little guidebook that came with the * talked about heartbreak, sorrow, loss… all that fun stuff. It also mentioned things like betrayal and difficult truths coming to light. My stomach kind of dropped, not gonna lie.

Then I spent maybe 10 minutes just staring at the card, thinking about what’s been going on in my life and what might be coming up. Work’s been stressful, had a little disagreement with a friend recently… nothing major, but still.

My Takeaway (For Now)

Honestly, I’m not sure what to make of it yet. The guidebook said it’s not always literal heartbreak, it could be any kind of emotional pain.

So, I’m not going to freak out. But I am going to be a little more mindful of my relationships and how I’m handling stress. Maybe try to be extra communicative, avoid unnecessary drama… you know, basic self-care * is just a * it made me realize that a loss might coming.I decided to be prepared.

I’ll probably do another reading in a few weeks, see if anything’s changed. Maybe try a different spread. It’s all a learning process, right?
