The 40 Life Path Number: Unlocking Your Personality Secrets.

Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “life path number” thing. I’d heard about it before, you know, in passing, but never really looked into it. It’s supposed to be this number that reveals some deep truths about your personality and destiny. Sounds kinda woo-woo, right? But I figured, why not? Let’s give it a shot.

First, I needed to figure out how to even calculate this thing. I’m not a math whiz or anything, so I needed some simple instructions. I did a quick search and found a few websites explaining the process. Basically, it’s all about adding up the numbers in your birth date.

Finding My Number

So, I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen – old school, I know. I wrote down my birthday: July 14, 1983. Here’s how I broke it down, step by step:

The 40 Life Path Number: Unlocking Your Personality Secrets.
  • Month (July): 7 (because it’s the 7th month). Easy enough.
  • Day: 1 + 4 = 5.
  • Year: 1 + 9 + 8 + 3 = 21. Then, 2 + 1 = 3.

Then, I added all those results together: 7 + 5 + 3 = 15. And because the life path number is usually a single digit, i need reduce the number. So it will be 1 + 5 = 6. The last step gave me 15, you add those digits together: 1 + 5 = 6. Boom! My life path number is 6.

My Life Path is * what?

It’s not a 40, So I continued to compute, I calculated my friend’s birthday, It’s October 22, 1969.

  • Month: 1+0 =1
  • Day: 2+2 =4
  • Year: 1+9+6+9=25,then 2+5=7

Then, added them toghter: 1+4+7=12,because of double-digits,so 1+2=3!

My friend’s Life Path Number is 3.

The “40” Life Path

I kept going, trying different birthdates, looking for that elusive 40. It’s trickier than it sounds! You really have to play around with the * if you do the math, you will find there’s no way to reach to the 40, because the max number is 9+9+9=27. The double-digits should be reduced to one single-digit.

Finally, I realized, after messing around with numbers for way longer than I’d like to admit, that there’s some basic misunderstanding on the * Path Numbers are typically simplified to a single digit (1-9) or one of the “Master Numbers” (11, 22, 33). There is not a life path number 40. So, today’s experiment kind of hit a dead end, but I guess it was a good reminder that not everything you read online is accurate!
