Okay, so I’ve been getting really into tarot lately. It’s been fun! And I wanted to try out this “Moon Love Tarot” spread I saw online. I’m not sure where it is from, there are too many on internet. It promised some insights into my romantic life, and, well, who doesn’t want that?
First, I cleared my space. I usually just tidy up my desk, light a candle (a nice-smelling one, always!), and sometimes I’ll put on some chill music. Just setting the mood, you know?
Then, I grabbed my trusty tarot deck. It’s a Rider-Waite deck, the classic one. I’ve had it for a while, and it just feels right in my hands. I shuffled the cards, really focusing on my love life… or, well, lack thereof, to be honest. I asked the cards, plain and simple: “What do I need to know about my love life right now?”

The Spread
- Card 1: Myself in the situation
- Card 2: The other person (or potential person)
- Card 3: The relationship’s potential
I laid out the cards, face down, in the three positions. Then, one by one, I flipped them over.
For “Myself,” I got the Queen of Cups. I kinda figured this. It’s all about intuition, emotions, and being compassionate. Yep, that’s me, maybe a little too in my feelings sometimes.
Then, for “The other person,” I pulled The Lovers. Whoa. Major Arcana! This card is, well, it can be about a big decision, a choice. Or, you know, it could literally mean a significant other. I was definitely intrigued.
Finally, for “The relationship’s potential,” I drew the Three of Cups. This one felt pretty good! It’s about celebration, friendship, and connection. It suggests a positive, supportive vibe.
My Takeaway
So, what did I make of all this? I spent some time just looking at the cards, thinking about what they could mean for me. I jotted down some notes in my journal.
The way I see it, the Queen of Cups shows I’m in a good place emotionally, ready for connection. The Lovers… well, that’s interesting. It could mean I’ll be facing a choice, or that someone significant is coming into my life. And the Three of Cups? That makes me feel like whatever happens, it’ll be positive and joyful.
All those are just my own thoughts. I like The Moon Love Tarot a lot.
Overall, I felt pretty good after this reading! It was a nice little check-in with myself and my romantic hopes. Even if it’s just a bit of fun, tarot can be a cool way to reflect and gain some perspective. It’s not about predicting the future, more like… exploring possibilities. I’ll definitely do this spread again sometime!
