Okay, so today I decided to mess around with numerology, specifically focusing on the number 26. I’ve always been a little curious about this stuff, so I thought, why not give it a shot?
Getting Started
First, I grabbed a pen and a piece of paper – old school, I know! Then, I jotted down some significant dates and names, things I thought might be interesting to look at. You know the drill, My birthday, the time of an event.
Doing The Calculations
The basic idea, as far as I understood it, is to reduce numbers down to a single digit. So, for example, if I was looking at the date January 26th, 1988, I’d do something like this:

- Month (January): 1
- Day: 26 -> 2 + 6 = 8
- Year: 1988 -> 1 + 9 + 8 + 8 = 26 -> 2 + 6 = 8
Then, I added those single digits together: 1 + 8 + 8 = 17. And since 17 isn’t a single digit, I added those two numbers: 1 + 7 = 8. So, the final number for that date is 8.
Exploring Names
I did the same kind of thing with names. Each letter of the alphabet corresponds to a number (A=1, B=2, C=3, and so on). I wrote out my full name and converted each letter to its number, then I added them all up, reducing it down to a single digit, just like with the dates.
For an example:
- AB=1+2=3
I had find the final number.
My Findings
Honestly, I just started playing around with different combinations. I compared the numbers for different dates and names, looking for any interesting patterns or connections. It was kind of like a little puzzle.
Conclusion (For Now!)
I’m not going to pretend I’m an expert now or anything. This was just a bit of fun, a way to explore something new. I scribbled down some notes about what I found, and I might dig into it a bit more later. It’s definitely got me thinking, though!
