Okay, so I’ve been messing around with tarot cards for a while now, and I gotta say, it’s pretty wild how often they hit the nail on the head. I was feeling a little lost in the love department, so I thought, “Why not try a tarot spread for love relationships?” Figured it couldn’t hurt, right?
First off, I grabbed my trusty deck and gave it a good shuffle. I like to shuffle until it feels “right,” you know? Like the cards are ready to talk. Then, I focused on my intention, which was basically, “What’s up with my love life, and what do I need to know?”
My Spread
- Card 1: Me in the relationship
- Card 2: The other person
- Card 3: The relationship itself
- Card 4: What brings us together
- Card 5: What pulls us apart
- Card 6: What needs to be worked on
I laid out the cards in order, face down. Took a deep breath, and flipped them over one by one. Each card had a different picture and vibe. I pulled a card for myself, another for the other person (or potential person, in my case), and then one that was supposed to represent the relationship as a whole.

And then there were some cards to show the positive stuff, the stuff that brings us together and what we have in common. Then cards for the negative stuff, the stuff that pulls us apart or causes friction. Finally, I pulled a card for advice, like what I should focus on to make things better.
Honestly, the cards I got were pretty spot on. They described my current situation way better than I expected. It was a little spooky, but also really helpful. They showed me what I needed to work on. It wasn’t all sunshine and roses, but it was real, you know?
I spent some time looking up the meanings of each card in my little guidebook. I jotted down some notes in my journal about what each card could mean in the context of my love life. I thought about how the card meanings applied to me and my situation. And you know what? It actually gave me some clarity. It helped me see things from a different perspective and understand some patterns in my relationships. No magic solutions, but definitely some food for thought. I’m gonna keep working with these cards and see where it takes me. Maybe I’ll even try some different spreads. It’s a journey, right?
